May I edit tracks in a wave editor?
Of course, any audio edit such as cutting, looping, timestretching etc. is permitted. Visit our Music License Agreement.
Which are the terms of use granted to me? / Where can I read the license terms and conditions (EULA)?
You will be granted the right to use the sound file commercially. You will also be granted the right to adapt it to your needs. Excepted are: relicence or resale.
Do I have to fill out cue-sheets?
All royalties for using completely royalty free music are paid upfront to us, no performance royalty societies in your country are involved.
For PRO-registered tracks you have to fill out ‘cue-sheets’. Referring to this, please visit the website of your local collecting society, where the suitable rate-cards are displayed.

What does “buy-out-license” mean?
Buy out license means that there are absolutely no regional or timebased constraints for the use of licensed tracks. Absolute certainty for you!

How can I apply for a taxfree intra-europe delivery?
Please provide the necessary information, such as your sales tax identification number, as a comment to your order.
Why doesn’t PayPal show the sales tax?
On the PayPal homepage, right after checking out through PayPal, the applicable sales tax is unfortunately not displayed. However, on the next page, after the login, the correct tax as in the Proud Music shopping cart is displayed.
How do I pay?
The Proud Music Library will send you an invoice. PayPal is our preferred method of payment for our international customers, however you may also pay through bank transfer to our bank account using the international IBAN and BIC code. This is free of charge for you in the Euro area.
Can I redownload licensed tracks?
