On the PayPal homepage, right after checking out through PayPal, the applicable sales tax is unfortunately not displayed. However, on the next page, after the login, the correct tax as in the Proud Music shopping cart is displayed.
How do I pay?
The Proud Music Library will send you an invoice. PayPal is our preferred method of payment for our international customers, however you may also pay through bank transfer to our bank account using the international IBAN and BIC code. This is free of charge for you in the Euro area.
Can I redownload licensed tracks?
Yes, with your order you will receive a personalized download link which will continue to be valid. If you no longer have access to the original eMail, please contact us. [email protected]
How long does it take?
Within seconds after submitting your license request to the Proud Music Library, you will receive an eMail with download links for the licensed track, so you can use the tracks with no delay. You then will receive another eMail with the license documents directly on the day of your purchase.
What are the cost for postage & packaging?
We deliver via eMail free of charge.
Do you offer post production and/or audio editing services?
Yes, all necessary post production/editing can be arranged for you in our associated studios.
Does Proud Music do commissioned compositions as well?
Over hundred qualified composers, musicians and producers of all genres are working on the Proud Music Library. So naturally producing commissioned compositions is another business unit of Proud Music, thus we are able to provide you with tailor-made productions to satisfy your needs. What does (Talkover) mean? What does Var.1 mean?
Talkover versions in the Proud Music Library contain less hooklines/melodies in comparison to the normal version of the specific track. They are more suitable for background use, e.g. for narrated text. Variations are based on the same song, but may be different in character.
Do you have loopable versionen of your tracks?
Most of the tracks are loopable, indeed. Don’t hesitate to contact us regarding loops.
How can I as an agency present eligible tracks to my client?
As simple as that: Contact us and tell us which e.g. 2-3 tracks could be eligible and we will provide you immediately with a file download link. With the mp3 on your desktop you can present the tracks to your client conveniently in an offline meeting.
