Music for a showdown at high noon. Begins tense and sparse, building in energy through several stages as the gunfighters size each other up, it finally ends with a climax as a gun fires and one of the men falls.
A calm, dreamy and almost sleepy piece featuring chorused guitar, sparse percussion and few piano notes. A repeated chord patterns draws the listener in an almost hypnotizing way. Very mellow, relaxed, comforting. Somewhat ethereal, wistful, almost dream like.
