The Epic Series is a series of 26 individual music tracks. Semi-orchestral, semi-electronic soundtrack work inspired by Babylon 5, etc. Brooding, pompous, epic, military style. Some of these are grouped together -- i.e. Epic 1 calm, Epic 1 Suspense and Epic 1 Battle use the same instrumentation and underlying tempo, making them work well together. Of course, they work well individually too.
A dark and ominous piece with heavy use of the Taiko drum and japanese, chinese Gong. No melody, all percussion. Martial Arts, Japanese triads, dark, foreboding, military, historical, impending battle. Chase scene, etc.
A beautiful and melancholic ambient piano track. A simple, nostalgic piano melody played with grace, finely balanced on top of a strange ambient background texture. Excellent for drama, film soundtrack work, or any sincere, thought provoking web site or film footage.
An exotic, swaying, acoustic chillout track. With a very slight latin feel, this track is all about summer, holiday, relaxation, romance, silky smooth beaches and long, hot nights. Very tasteful, and excellent for travel, holiday or good times.
A moody and atmospheric ambient piece with ethereal pads and ambient slide guitar. Soft, yet deep and evocative, like an unfolding story or a magnificent sunrise. The track has a slight sense of ethnic mystery or the ancient world, maybe India. Very dreamy, reflective and rich on atmosphere, perhaps something spiritual.
Massive, sweeping orchestral track with a huge, thunderous percussion section. Heroic, epic, pounding and cinematic. Builds towards a climax at the end. Highly suitable for movie trailer, film trailer, game trailer, film intro sequence or opening sequence, war and battle scenes, etc.
