Jingles
Jingles are short melodies/themes that are used particularly in advertisement. Jingles contain one or more hooks that explicitly promote the application of products. Jingles serve in sound branding. Already in 1923 General Mills is said to have produced and transmitted jingles for its breakfast oats.
