51. Ang Kahora 06:12

Take equal measures of electronica and downtempo hip-hop, add a slight element of contemporary african pop, and you end up with this catchy and groovy chillout track featuring hip-hop style drums, electronica style synth arpeggios and African flavored marimbas.

Ang Kahora
52. World Of Fun 04:18

Funny and very cute track that can be an underscore for a video game, cartoon, animation, commercial, corporate video or any positive project for children. Lounge, chilling and lazy atmosphere with a little bit of a happy Hawaii flavor, country and folk at the same time. Lots of acoustic instruments like ukulele, accordion, banjo, acoustic guitar, upright bass and percussion. Electric jazz solo guitar plays a nice melody at the end.

World Of Fun

This smooth and soft world-fusion track uses the traditional Indian instrument Sarangi, which is a bit like a violin (although it predates the violin in existence). The traditional role of this instrument is to play in unison with the vocalist, but here the Saranghi has come into its own right, mixed with a downtempo electronica beat, tabla, tamborines and soft pads. A silky smooth, exotic and beautiful world ethnic track, highly suitable for travel, journeys, holidays and vacations in exotic and far-away places. Slightly wistful or sorrowful, but also comforting and hopeful.

Placid Waters (underscore version)

A beautiful and melodic China / Tibetan / Malaysian / Far Eastern Orient instrumental track. Romantic, pretty and evocative, featuring Java gong, Chinese temple flute and various other oriental instruments. Suitable for travel programs, documentaries as well as romance and idyllic imagery etc.

China Temple Morning (Underscore version)

An unusual and highly atmospheric blend of Celtic/Irish folk influences with Indian, Oriental and Asian elements. Tabla drums and sitars combine with electric guitars, Indian raga flutes and Celtic inspired melodies. It's a little eclectic, dreamy and ethereal, with a sense of far-away places, mythology, travel, adventure and new discoveries.

Highland Raga (Underscore Version 2)

A blend of the East and the West, this smooth and exotic World fusion track features Indian flutes, clean jazz guitar, an oriental style drone and, after a long-ish intro part, a downtempo chillout drum groove with Indian tabla joins in. Gentle, atmospheric, warm and appealing - this is a great track for relaxing holiday or travel footage, adventure and journeys to far-away lands, as well as for spa, treatment, relaxation, heavenly pampering, etc. Two alternative mixes are also included: One without the guitar and one with only the soft pads and the flutes.

Dusty Horizon (pad flute only)

A blend of the East and the West, this smooth and exotic World fusion track features Indian flutes, clean jazz guitar, an oriental style drone and, after a long-ish intro part, a downtempo chillout drum groove with Indian tabla joins in. Gentle, atmospheric, warm and appealing - this is a great track for relaxing holiday or travel footage, adventure and journeys to far-away lands, as well as for spa, treatment, relaxation, heavenly pampering, etc. Two alternative mixes are also included: One without the guitar and one with only the soft pads and the flutes.

Dusty Horizon (no guitar)

A moody and atmospheric ambient piece with ethereal pads and ambient slide guitar. Soft, yet deep and evocative, like an unfolding story or a magnificent sunrise. The track has a slight sense of ethnic mystery or the ancient world, maybe India. Very dreamy, reflective and rich on atmosphere, perhaps something spiritual.

Daybreak (Pads Only)

An exotic, haunting Indian vocal track sung for us by highly renowned Indian female singer Vidya Rao, whom we feel privileged to have worked with on this track. Her sorrowful singing/chanting in the alaap is as atmospheric as it is emotional, and is accompanied by a clean jazz guitar, joined by jazzy drums and bass at around 1 min 45 secs. Alaap literally means introduction and it is traditionally used by an Indian singer who goes through many permutations in the notes of a raag finally resting on the tonic and then nods at the tabla player to set the rhythm. A smooth blend of the traditional and the modern, of the East and the West. Great for use in travel and adventure, chill-out and exotic moods.

Common Ground (pad vox only)
70. Jaipur Express 01:35

Uptempo Indian track with Indian slide guitars and strings. Very exotic sounding. The track features a free-tempo start, then percussion and bass enter at 0:20. Full-on drums enter the third time through, to give the track an additional lift. There's also an alternative 'no free-tempo start' version which skips the free-tempo opening part and goes directly to the main rhythmic part.
